Settle the practical details alongside the appearance. These choices give the sample and quotation a clear starting point.
Color and surface finish
Choose the plated color, surface texture and coating specification. Use a physical sample to approve the shade; photographs alone are not a reliable color reference.
Posts, closures and weight
Choose a post and back, hinge or hook to suit the design. Check how it sits on the ear and whether the pair feels balanced.
Stones, pearls and settings
Choose the component type, color and dimensions before finalizing the setting. For pearl or stone earrings, check the attachment and finish on the physical sample.
Agree the sample before the bulk order
We use the approved sample and written specification as the production reference. Keep your changes in one place so the material, dimensions, finish and packing are clear to both teams.
Planning your order
Material specification
Confirm the brass alloy, base preparation and plating specification. The finished color and care requirements depend on the coating as well as the metal.
Construction and fit
Check the post, closure, weight and matching between the two earrings. Agree relevant testing for the intended use.
A clear quotation
Send dimensions, finish, quantity per style and color, and delivery destination. We can then explain the sample, tooling, production and packing costs.
Sample timing
Allow about 25–30 days for samples, depending on the design and revisions. We confirm the schedule after reviewing your brief.
Quantity by style and color
Our standard starting point is 100 pieces per design and color. Ask about smaller pilot quantities for suitable styles; components and tooling affect what is practical.
Production and delivery
Allow about 35–45 days for bulk production after approval. In-stock items can usually be dispatched within three business days once confirmed. Freight time is separate.
