A finished piece depends on more than the casting. We plan components, stone setting, polishing and plating together, with the approved sample as the reference at each stage.

PVD coating, specified for your collection
Our in-house PVD facility lets us coordinate polishing, coating and color approval. We agree the coating specification with you before production, including any testing your market requires.
Understand the coating layers
Our stainless steel gold-color specification uses a 0.5 μm titanium nitride (TiN) layer and a gold top layer of 0.03–0.10 μm. These are separate layers; the TiN thickness is not the gold thickness.
Confirm the color, layer specification and test requirements with your quotation. Wear performance also depends on the design, surface preparation and how the piece is used.
Set realistic care expectations
Stainless steel and PVD coatings offer useful resistance to everyday moisture. They are not a promise against every chemical, abrasion or swimming condition. We can discuss testing and suitable care instructions for the finished design.

Color and detail
Use color, texture and small construction details to give the collection a clear direction. We can compare samples before you commit to a finish.
Add color with resin enamel
Resin enamel adds color to recessed areas, charms and pendants. We review the metal borders, fill depth and color with you so the design can be filled and finished cleanly.

Review the filled sample
The resin is applied to the prepared piece and cured. Check the sample for color, fill level, bubbles and clean edges; a screen reference alone cannot show all of those details.

2. Reliable & Flexible Color Options
Compare plating colors
Screen colors are only a guide. Use a physical reference or an approved plated sample to agree the shade and finish.
Keep a reference for repeat orders
Retain an approved color sample with the order specification. It gives both teams a useful reference when the collection is reordered or extended.
3. Versatile Chain Options
Chain width, link shape and length change both the look and the weight of a piece. Options include curb, bead, box, paperclip, rope and snake chains.
Confirm the clasp, extension length and pendant opening together so the parts fit and move as intended.
4. Diverse Pearl Selections
Compare pearl size, shape, luster and matching across a pair or strand. Tell us whether the design calls for freshwater pearls or an imitation pearl component.
Round, button, oval and baroque shapes give different results. We can review the available components and the drilling or setting needed for your design.
5. Diverse Stone Options
Choose the stone type, dimensions and color before finalizing the setting. If a reference photo is your starting point, we can discuss practical material options.
Check stone spacing, setting height and security on the sample. The final specification should identify the stone material rather than relying on appearance alone.
6. Flexible Surface Finish Options
A polished surface reflects light sharply; a brushed or matte surface gives a softer result. We can sample a texture on the chosen metal before applying it to the collection.
Finishes include mirror polish, satin, sandblasted, hammered and wire-brushed textures. The shape and thickness of the piece help determine which process is suitable.
7. Customizable Engraving Options
Send your logo or engraving artwork at the intended size. We check the available area and placement before adding it to the sample.
Fine lines and small lettering may need adjustment to remain legible. Approve the position, depth and appearance on the physical piece.
8. Eco-friendly Packaging Solutions
Packaging that fits the piece
Choose inserts and outer packaging around the jewelry dimensions. A good fit limits movement in transit without adding unnecessary bulk.
Boxes, pouches and display cards
Compare the material, color and print finish with your sales channel in mind. Send the artwork early so packaging can be checked alongside the jewelry.
Questions before you order
We work with both. The grade should be agreed for each component, including posts, chains and clasps. 316L contains molybdenum, which improves resistance to some forms of corrosion; it still contains nickel and should not be described as automatically nickel-free or allergy-proof.

Our standard starting point is 100 pieces per design and color. Smaller pilot quantities may be possible for selected styles. Tooling, components and finish affect the workable quantity, so ask us to confirm it for your brief.
Allow about 25–35 days for stainless steel samples and 35–45 days for bulk production after approval. Design changes, components and finishing can affect the schedule. We confirm timing for the order; transit time is separate.
Yes. Send drawings, dimensions or a reference sample. We can develop the CAD and sample from your brief, or discuss changes to an existing style.
Tell us the destination market and intended use. We agree the relevant material, nickel-release and coating tests before production, and can discuss factory audit documents separately. A factory audit is not a product test report.
The answer depends on the whole piece, including its coating, stones, adhesive and other components. Discuss the intended use and test requirements with us. Avoid blanket promises about swimming, chemicals or lifetime color retention.
We check the finished pieces against the approved sample and order specification, including dimensions, appearance, stone settings, closures and packing. Additional tests should be included in the agreed inspection plan.
Yes. We use the approved physical sample as a production reference. Sample charges, revisions and any credit against a later order are confirmed in the quotation.
