Custom Stainless Steel Rings
HonHo makes stainless steel rings for brands and wholesale collections. Set the size range, band profile and stone setting before sampling. We check the fit and proportions with you, including details that are difficult to judge from a flat drawing.

Details to make your own
Settle the practical details alongside the appearance. These choices give the sample and quotation a clear starting point.
Color and surface finish
Compare polished steel or a PVD color finish using a physical reference. Confirm the layer specification and any wear or corrosion tests with your quotation.
Sizing and band profile
Confirm the sizing system, inner dimensions and band width. Leave enough space for the setting and any marks or engraving.
Stones, pearls and settings
Choose the component type, color and dimensions before finalizing the setting. For pearl or stone rings, check the attachment and finish on the physical sample.
Agree the sample before the bulk order
We use the approved sample and written specification as the production reference. Keep your changes in one place so the material, dimensions, finish and packing are clear to both teams.
Planning your order
Material specification
Choose 304 or 316L stainless steel for the relevant components and confirm the grade in the specification. A steel grade alone does not establish nickel-release performance.
Construction and fit
Check the size, inner edges and stone security. Wider bands and raised settings need particular attention to comfort.
A clear quotation
Send dimensions, finish, quantity per style and color, and delivery destination. We can then explain the sample, tooling, production and packing costs.
Sample timing
Allow about 25–35 days for samples, depending on the design and revisions. We confirm the schedule after reviewing your brief.
Quantity by style and color
Our standard starting point is 100 pieces per design and color. Ask about smaller pilot quantities for suitable styles; components and tooling affect what is practical.
Production and delivery
Allow about 35–45 days for bulk production after approval. In-stock items can usually be dispatched within three business days once confirmed. Freight time is separate.
