Jewelry Manufacturing Services

From your first sketch to the finished collection

Some projects start with a detailed drawing. Others start with a sample and a few changes. We help you settle the material, construction and finish, then make a sample you can check before production.

01 / DESIGN

CAD design and development

A drawing should settle the details that are hard to judge from a photograph: dimensions, stone settings, chain connections and the thickness of each part. We review these with you and prepare CAD views before sampling.

02 / SAMPLE

Jewelry sampling

This is the point to pick up the piece, try the clasp and see the color in daylight. We review your feedback against the sample and record the changes before the design goes into production.

03 / PRODUCE

Manufacturing and plating

The route depends on the metal and construction. Casting, CNC machining, polishing and assembly each have a role. We use PVD for stainless steel and electroplating for brass and sterling silver, with the finish agreed on a physical sample.

04 / CHECK

Quality checks before shipment

We check dimensions, settings, closures and surface finish against the approved sample. If you need plating-thickness measurements or other tests, agree the method and acceptance criteria with us before the order starts.

05 / PACK

Packaging for your collection

A box needs to hold the piece securely and suit the way you sell it. Share the jewelry dimensions, logo and packing requirements early so we can check inserts, artwork and labels alongside the sample.

06 / BRAND

Private label jewelry

You may want to adapt an existing style or develop a design of your own. We can work through logo placement, engraving and packaging, and explain how each change affects the sample, price and order quantity.

What we agree before production

Material and finish

Confirm the base metal, plating color, thickness and any testing needed for your market. Those choices affect cost and how the finished piece should be cared for.

Sample approval

Use an approved physical sample as the reference for production. Record revisions before the order moves ahead, including small details such as engraving and clasp size.

Quantity and schedule

Ask for a quotation by style and color. We confirm the order quantity, sample schedule and production lead time after reviewing the design and finish.

Packing and delivery

Tell us your destination and whether pieces need individual bags, branded boxes or retail labels. Packing details help us plan the shipment and estimate freight.

A practical place to start

Send reference images or drawings, your preferred metal and finish, an estimated quantity per style and your delivery destination. If a detail is still undecided, tell us what matters most: price, weight, color, durability or launch timing. We can then recommend the next step.
