FAQs

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?
Our MOQ is designed to be flexible to support both emerging brands and established retailers. Typically, our MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style/design. However, we are open to discussing your specific needs and may offer lower MOQs for initial sample orders or long-term partners.
Can you explain your OEM/ODM customization process?
Yes, we specialize in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. The process is straightforward:
What is the typical lead time for a wholesale order?
Lead times vary based on order complexity and volume.
Can we order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we highly encourage it. We offer two types of samples:
What is the difference between gold-filled, gold-plated, and solid gold jewelry?
Is your gold-filled jewelry compliant with US FTC standards?
Absolutely. All our gold-filled products strictly adhere to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations for the jewelry industry. This means every piece is guaranteed to contain a minimum of 5% (1/20) solid gold by weight, bonded to the base metal core. We provide certification of compliance with all our wholesale orders.
How do you ensure the quality and durability of your gold-filled jewelry?
Quality is at the core of our manufacturing process. We implement a multi-stage quality control system:
What base metals do you use for your gold-filled products?
We primarily use high-quality jeweler’s brass (an alloy of copper and zinc) as the base metal for our gold-filled products. This material is an industry standard known for its durability, workability, and excellent bonding properties with gold. All our base metals are nickel-free and lead-free, making them hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
What are your payment terms for new wholesale clients?
For new clients and initial orders, our standard payment term is a 50% deposit to initiate production and the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. We offer more flexible payment terms (such as Net 30) to established partners with a consistent order history.
How is the jewelry packaged for shipping to prevent damage?
We take great care in packaging. Each piece of jewelry is individually sealed in a protective polybag. They are then placed in bubble wrap and packed securely into sturdy, double-walled shipping cartons. For custom orders, we can also develop branded retail packaging (boxes, pouches, etc.) for an additional fee.
